Late check out policy:
*Late check-out on the same day will be charged half day.
*Personal expenses must be paid on the day prior to check-out.
*Early check-out will not be refunded.

Policy on children staying with parents:
*Free of charge for children up to 5 years old (one per room).
*20% of the room rate will be charged for children up to 5 years of age.
*Please let us know if this is your case, so that we can manually change the room rate.

Cancellation Policy:
*Cancellations made until 31 days before the check-in date will be refunded 90 % of the price paid on booking.
*Cancellations made until 21 to 30 days before the check-in date will be refunded 80 % of the price paid on booking.
*Cancellations made until 20 days before the check-in date will not be refunded.
*The amount paid may be retained as a credit for future use within a one year time period.
*Cancellations will not be accepted at check-in day.
*No-show or late check-in will not be refunded.

Other disclosures:
*Prices are not valid on Brazilian holidays.
*Minimum stay of 4 nights is required during high-season.
*Minimum stay of 2 nights is required during low and middle-season.

Payment forms:
*40% deposit required on booking, paid by Visa, Mastercard, Diners.
*Via Form.
*Via PayPal Balance payable at check-in, paid in Cash.
